What you'll do

We are looking for a hands-on, full-stack AI Product Developer who is strong in software development over the past five years and equally strong in AI development, to help design, build, and enhance our next generation of AI-powered products and internal tools. This role combines software engineering, AI integration, product thinking, and rapid prototyping.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who can take an idea from concept to production, leveraging modern AI models, APIs, automation platforms, and full-stack development technologies. You will work closely with our development team, CTO, and COO. The role covers both new development and maintaining our existing product and internal procedures, supporting the company’s internal users (typically company-only).

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain web-based and cloud-based applications.

  • Build MVPs and production-ready products from business requirements.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to transform ideas into working solutions.

  • Develop scalable backend services and APIs.

AI & Automation

  • Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.

  • Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, chatbots, and automation systems.

  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

  • Implement prompt engineering, agent workflows, and AI orchestration.

  • Evaluate and optimize AI model performance, cost, and reliability.

Full-Stack Development

  • Build frontend interfaces and dashboards.

  • Develop backend services, APIs, and database structures.

  • Integrate third-party platforms and SaaS tools.

  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices.

Data & Analytics

  • Design and manage databases and data pipelines.

  • Build reporting and analytics capabilities.

  • Work with structured and unstructured datasets.

Innovation & Research

Stay current with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

Recommend tools, architectures, and approaches for future products.

Conduct rapid experimentation and proof-of-concept development.

What we need from you

Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of software development experience.

  • Strong proficiency in Python.

  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks: React, Next.js, Vue.js (nice to have)

AI & Machine Learning

  • Hands-on experience with: OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude API, Google Gemini API, LangChain or LlamaIndex, Vector databases

  • Experience building: AI assistants, Chatbots, Agentic workflows, RAG applications

Backend & Infrastructure

  • REST APIs and microservices.

  • PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

  • Cloud platforms (GCP is our primary platform; strong AWS or Azure experience is also welcome, as core cloud concepts transfer): GCP (primary), AWS, Azure

  • Docker and containerized deployments.

  • CI/CD pipelines.

Integrations & Automation

  • Experience integrating with:

  • CRM systems

  • Marketing platforms

  • Communication tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent English speaker

  • Experience building SaaS products.

  • Experience with media, marketing, advertising, or content-related products.

  • Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals.

  • Experience fine-tuning models or working with open-source LLMs.

  • Familiarity with data engineering and ETL pipelines.

  • Startup or fast-growth environment experience.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability.

  • Product-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Comfortable translating business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Curious and proactive in exploring new AI technologies.
