Responsibilities
We’re looking for a reliable, fluent English speaker to join our remote support team.
This person will serve as the main point of contact for clients submitting press releases (PRs), and help ensure a smooth, professional experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication * Chat/email/video call support for new and existing clients. * Explain how the process works and answer questions.
2. PR Review & Feedback * Review submitted PRs and provide clear feedback to help clients meet our editorial and publisher guidelines. * Occasionally coordinate with publishers directly to clarify requirements.
3. Package Guidance & Upsell * Review the distribution package selected by the client. * Help clients choose the right package for their needs and suggest upgrades when relevant.
4. Basic Finance Coordination * Communicate with our finance team if a client needs help with payments or invoices.
5. Internal System Use * Learn and use our internal app to manage orders and client requests.
Requirements

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Comfortable using online tools (chat, email, internal systems)

Fast learner and detail-oriented

Willing to occasionally respond during weekends or off-hours in case of urgent requests

Experience in support/helpdesk is a big plus

Conduct in-depth research and analysis to detect trademark infringements, counterfeit sales, and intellectual property violations.

Investigate fraudulent activities across websites, e-commerce platforms, social networks, and other digital channels.

Collect and analyze data to track brand abuse cases and monitor enforcement results.

Prepare detailed reports on violations, enforcement actions, and emerging online threats.

Identify patterns in fraudulent activities and escalate findings as necessary.

Collaborate with enforcement teams to take down infringing content and protect brand integrity.
Requirements

No prior experience needed – full training is provided by the company.

Bachelor’s degree in any field (technical or analytical orientation preferred).

Strong analytical and research skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Proficiency in web-based research tools and office applications.
