Every candidate who comes through our door is looking not only for a job but also for a long-term career path. After reviewing several recent interviews, we noticed that many questions repeat themselves. If you’re preparing for an interview with us, here’s a quick guide to what you can expect.
At TeleStar, we are proud to be the strategic partnership with a global leader (ranked in the Top 5 worldwide) in digital brand protection. This partnership allows local talent to work at the forefront of the global fight against counterfeiting and intellectual property theft. We’ve compiled the most frequent questions from our interviews to help you understand how you can succeed in this unique collaboration.
1. What does a Brand Protection Analyst do on a daily basis?
As an Analyst, you are the first line of defense for the world’s most iconic brands. Your daily mission includes:
Validation & Intelligence: Reviewing alerts generated by AI-powered system, which scans e-commerce platforms and social media for threats.
Enforcement Actions: Once an infringement is confirmed (such as a counterfeit product or unauthorized logo use), you initiate the technical and legal process to "take down" the fraudulent content and protect the brand's integrity.
2. Do I need prior experience in this field to apply?
No. The strength of our partnership lies in our training. We invest in you through a comprehensive 2-to-3-month training program. We look for candidates with an analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and strong English skills - we will provide all the specialized knowledge you need to become an expert in Brand Protection.
3. Why is there a minimum commitment of 6 months?
The training you receive is highly specialized and represents a significant investment. To ensure stability and top-tier service for our global clients, we look for candidates with a long-term mindset who are eager to build a career in this rapidly growing industry.
4. What are the working hours, and is there flexibility?
To provide real-time protection for global markets, this role requires a fixed afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 13:00 – 22:00. The benefit? You enjoy no weekend work and no overtime (No OT), allowing for a consistent and predictable work-life balance.
5. What does the recruitment process look like after the first interview?
Our process is transparent and efficient:
Office-based Excel Exercise: A practical test to evaluate your ability to analyze, extract, and manage data (Passing score: 50% and above).
Team Interview: A final meeting with the team to assess English proficiency and cultural fit.
6. Why should I join the team right now?
Our team is currently in an exciting phase of hyper-growth. We are looking to double our size by the end of the month to meet the increasing global demand for brand security. This means more opportunities for rapid career advancement, mentorship, and the chance to be part of a small, elite team that is scaling fast.
Are you ready to become a digital detective and protect the brands of the future? If you have a sharp eye, an analytical mind, and the drive to work on a global scale, we want to meet you.
